I am looking for a non smoker female roommate for August. Someone who is friendly and straight-forward. Preferably someone who does not have pets. My priorities are: I would like to keep rent close to $500-600 per person. I want to be close to the JHMI shuttle route and a grocery store. An updated bathroom with a good showerhead/water pressure. I happy to share it with someone who is as averse to mildew as I am. I like a clean kitchen. No unwashed dishes for more than 24 hours. NO rodents or insects. Things that may not be possible but would be ideal are having a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in the apartment. I don't particularly need a living room. So I am happy to consider getting a one bedroom apartment give you the bedroom while I take the "living room" or vice versa if you prefer. I saw some apartments in the last couple days. I didn't like the Blackstone Apts and Marylander much because the bathrooms seemed old to me. I really like the Park Charles one bedroom which is $1150 and also the Henderson House had a one bedroom two bath apartment which is $1125 a lot. It has a tiny second bedroom that the person who takes the "living room" could have in addition for some privacy during sleepytime. If all this seems reasonable to you, do get in touch.
