The house is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath property in Upper Fells Point. It's located on the corner of Gough and Madeira, so unlike some row houses, there's a lot of natural light (through the skylights as well). The neighborhood seems great - when I visited on Fathers' Day with my dad, one of the neighbors wished us a happy holiday (he was celebrating his first Fathers' Day with his son). There's also a charter school across the street. It is walking distance to Hopkins, Patterson Park, and the bars/restaurants in Fells Point and Harbor East.

Each bedroom has its own full bath, as well as anteroom/study area leading into it. The landlord is a Hopkins School of Public Health alum, and seems really nice. She offered to leave some of the furniture in the house for us. Additionally, the house features a roof deck with a great view of the harbor, and a parking pad off the street.
