Room is a large finished basement room in rehabbed rowhouse near Riverside Park (5 mins from campus). Room has its own private half bath and shared full bath. Room is fully carpeted (15x31), and has slightly lower ceiling than rest of the house. Roommates are 2 females in their 20s. One is in grad school and the other teaches in the city. Both are active, social, and calm on the weekends, preferring to get up early and be active outside rather than closing bars every weekend. We're hoping to find someone that will fit well in the house to be friends with and share a nice living space. The rest of the house is fully furnished but the room would not be. The room is large enough to have its own living area or study area since it is most of the ground level. Parking is always available, Access to I-95 is right around the corner, and grocery store, gym, dry cleaners, and harbor are all within a 3-4 block walk. We both have dogs just as an fyi but they are friendly and laid back for the most part. House is about 2 miles from campus, but easy to drive, bike, or take public transit. As for the rest of the house, there is a back deck, small yard, grill, hardwood floors throughout, sky light in the bathroom, a bar room with a pool table/air hockey table that doesn't get used enough but is nice to have for summer cookouts.
