One bedroom available in a nice rehabbed rowhouse. The room is 12x14 with hardwood floors, a full window pane door to the roof, large closet, and a shared bathroom. The house would be shared with 2 females in their late 20's in grad school and working in the city: both active, social, friendly, and busy during the week with school and work, pretty calm on the weekends. We're hoping to find someone that will fit well in the house to share a nice living space, someone laid back, clean, and friendly. As for the rest of the house, there is a back deck, small yard, living room, dining room, laundry ect. Utilities are not included and usually run about $60/month which covers cable, wireless internet, and gas/electric. The water bill is an additional approximabtely $15 every three months. Parking is usually easy in this section of Federal Hill and does not require a permit. Access to I-95 is 2-3 minutes away and I-83 about 10 minutes away. The grocery store, gym, dry cleaners, and harbor are all within a 3-4 block walk. There are 2 dogs both friendly and calm for the most part. Any questions feel free to email me.
